ADFAC’s Appalachian Housing Partners Program provides solutions to housing issues faced by local residents.
Since 1989, AHP has made repairs and other improvements to thousands of homeowner-occupied homes, and constructed 120 new homes for first-time homebuyers.
To be eligible for assistance, clients must meet certain residency, income, and other requirements based on the service requested.

- Elder Repair Program
- Homeownership and Financial Literacy Education
AHP provides services in Anderson, Campbell, Morgan, and Roane counties in East Tennessee, depending on availability of funding.
Services are supported through donations from individuals, government grants, private foundations, in-kind supplies and volunteer labor, and the United Way.

If you are interested in applying for assistance, please call 865-481-3837 for more information. You may also fill out an application. Along with the completed application, you will need to provide:
- Copy of photo ID
- Proof of Homeownership/Warrant Deed (for repairs or rehabilitation)
- Proof of all household income
- Copy of last 2 month’s bank statements
